TutorJohn Learning Centre is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Marketing Executive to grow our online presence across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. This hands-on role involves planning campaigns, producing engaging videos and copy, and building a consistent brand voice that resonates with students and parents.

You will work independently with a flexible schedule, filming when needed and collaborating with tutors and the centre team to turn classroom moments into content.

Formación

• Experience managing social media accounts or creating content for a brand.
• Ability to independently generate campaign concepts and content ideas.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Solid grasp of short-form content, hooks, storytelling and audience engagement.
• Experience editing short-form videos using CapCut or CapCut Pro.
• Willingness to film and create content when required.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of social media projects.
• Organised, responsive and reliable with deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage TutorJohn’s social media pages, including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
• Develop creative social media campaigns, content series and promotional ideas.
• Create content that appeals to students and parents.
• Film and edit short-form videos, including Reels and TikToks.
• Turn classroom activities, tutor personalities, student experiences and educational topics into engaging content.
• Create promotional content for programmes, workshops, enrolment campaigns and centre activities.
• Write engaging captions, hooks and simple marketing copy.
• Monitor content performance and identify successful topics, formats and campaigns.
• Keep up with social media trends and adapt suitable trends for the education industry.
• Work with tutors and the centre team to generate new content ideas.
• Help develop TutorJohn’s online presence and brand identity.
• Manage multiple pieces of content efficiently while meeting deadlines.
