Job summary

Bowen Learning International PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applicants for an Education Sales role to promote tuition and enrichment programmes to families. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, online platforms and walk-ins, and recommending courses based on learning needs.

You will follow up with prospects to enrolments, work toward sales targets, and build lasting relationships with parents and students. Training and career growth are offered within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in sales, customer service or education consultancy preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven, proactive and results-oriented.
• Able to follow up with customers and achieve sales targets.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin with parents.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell tuition and enrichment programmes for primary and secondary students.
• Handle enquiries from prospective parents and students via phone, WhatsApp, online platforms and walk-ins.
• Understand students' learning needs and recommend suitable courses and programmes.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into enrolments.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with parents and students to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update sales progress.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions and student recruitment events.
