Job summary

KEC+ After-School Enrichment Centre, located in Singapore, seeks passionate and experienced teachers to supervise primary school students as they complete daily schoolwork and develop confidence. You will support academic development and help shape learners into confident leaders with future-ready skills.

You will work closely with Enrichment Curriculum Teachers to coordinate lessons, monitor progress, and maintain a safe, engaging learning environment for all students.

Qualifications

• Able to guide and support primary school students in their subjects.
• Demonstrates strong work ethics, professionalism and integrity.
• Passionate about nurturing and supporting children's learning and development.
• Prior experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the After-School Enrichment Centre.
• Manage classes of approximately 10–15 primary school students effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Supervise students in completing daily homework, spelling, and other schoolwork.
• Ensure the safety, well-being and conduct of all students at the centre.
• Monitor students’ progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
• Inspire, support and empower children to develop interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Coordinate lesson schedules with Curriculum Teachers and monitor learning progress.
• Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment throughout the centre.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
