Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring for a sales-focused role in the education and enrichment sector. The candidate will promote and sell education programmes to parents, students, and partners, while handling inquiries and consultations.

The role involves proactive lead generation, developing partnerships with tuition centres, preschools, and schools, and managing the sales pipeline to convert leads into enrolments and programme sales. Weekend work and in-person meetings are expected.

Qualifications

• Confident in engaging parents, business owners, centre managers and education professionals.
• Strong sales, business development and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable with face-to-face meetings, external business visits and proactive lead generation.
• Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's education programmes, products and services to parents, students and prospective business partners.
• Handle sales enquiries, conduct programme consultations and recommend suitable programmes based on customers' needs.
• Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, direct outreach, events and other channels.
• Identify and develop business partnerships with tuition centres, preschools, childcare centres, schools, enrichment centres and other relevant organisations.
• Arrange meetings, present programme offerings, prepare proposals and follow up on potential partnerships to secure business opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into enrolments and programme sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and business partners to encourage repeat business, renewals and referrals.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information and pipeline updates, while providing regular sales progress reports to Management.
• Work closely with internal programme and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and implementation of confirmed programmes.
• Develop strong knowledge of the company's education programmes.
• Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, exhibitions, workshops and other business development events when required.
