Job summary

RD American School is seeking an IT Specialist to keep our IT infrastructure running smoothly across classrooms, admin, and events. You will provide technical support, manage hardware, software, networks, and AV systems to enable teaching and operations.

You will install, configure, and maintain devices, assist with user accounts, ensure data security, and document processes. The role requires collaboration with teachers and staff in a fast-paced international school environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT support experience, preferably in education.
• Proficient in Windows and macOS, and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
• Experience with AV equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to staff, students, and visitors.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software (desktops, laptops, printers, AV gear).
• Manage network connectivity and user accounts; ensure data security.
• Perform routine system checks, backups, and maintenance.
• Create IT guides and maintain asset logs.
• Collaborate with academic and admin teams to identify IT needs.
