Job summary

ClassIn in Singapore is seeking a proactive Technical Support Specialist to deploy its smart classroom ecosystem across local educational institutions, training centers, and corporate clients. You will own hardware delivery, on-site installation, configuration, and reliable after-sales support, ensuring a seamless handoff and ongoing assistance.

The role emphasizes hands-on hardware handling, network setup, and clear communication with users and internal teams.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, AV Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support, AV installation, or field service; fresh graduates with strong hands-on ability are welcome.
Solid knowledge of computer hardware, networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, LAN, routers), and operating systems (Windows, Android, macOS).
Physically able to handle, move and install hardware on-site.
Good command of written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage.
Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Coordinate local delivery, inventory checks, and transport of ClassIn hardware to client sites.
Perform on-site installation, setup, and software configuration.
Provide field support and diagnose hardware or network issues.
Log service tickets and collaborate with engineering for product improvements.
