Job summary

WARP Digital in Singapore seeks a driven salesperson to sell a proven growth programme to preschools and tuition centres, earning uncapped commission on every client you sign. You’ll manage the full cycle from first conversation to signed agreement and first payment, primarily targeting warm enquiries from our ads and a growing pipeline.

You’ll work directly with the co-founder, learn sales and marketing in tandem, and build a personal book of business across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, walk-ins, events and referrals.
• Follow up and qualify the enquiries that come to us.
• Run discovery meetings and work out whether a centre's gap is its marketing or its own follow-up.
• Present proposals, handle objections and close.
• Collect the first payment and hand each new client to our account team with a written brief.
• Keep every deal up to date in our sales dashboard, and record your calls on Fathom for review.
