Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'A' levels and 3 to 5 years of experience in EDM Precision Insert.
• Able to handle machinery and inspection with good eyesight.

Responsibilities

• Inspect visual & dimensional of electrode.
• Polish & deburrs electrode.
• Check datum setting of work piece.
• Setting reference of electrode on the machine and program machine process by sparking.
• Check workpiece dimensional, rework needed if dimensions are out.
• Clean and conduct preventative maintenance of the machine.
