Job summary

SHENG SHENG F & B INDUSTRIES PTE LTD is looking for a detail-oriented operations professional to support end-to-end e-commerce activities, invoicing, marketing support and customer service. You will help manage online sales platforms, process orders, handle invoices and coordinate with warehouse, logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Handle end-to-end e-commerce operations across platforms.
• Process invoices, delivery orders and supplier documents.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Provide customer service support for product, order, pricing queries.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and order records.

Responsibilities

• Manage online sales platforms, including product listings, pricing, stock availability and promotions.
• Process online orders and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfilment and delivery.
• Monitor order status, returns, cancellations and customer enquiries.
• Prepare, process and verify sales invoices, credit notes, delivery orders and related documents.
• Check invoices against sales orders, pricing, quantities and delivery records.
• Assist with supplier invoice processing, data entry, document filing and transaction reconciliation.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department on invoice discrepancies, payment status and outstanding transactions.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, online promotions and product launches.
• Prepare and update product catalogues, promotional materials, social media content and online advertisements.
• Monitor campaign performance and online sales results.
• Handle customer enquiries relating to products, orders, pricing, promotions and deliveries.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse and Finance Departments to resolve order and transaction issues.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and order records.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, maintaining documentation and performing data entry.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by Management.
