Job summary

Binance is seeking a growth-focused professional to drive user acquisition and product growth for Earn products, coordinating campaigns and partnerships with token partners.

You will work with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams to ensure smooth operations, monitor performance, and optimize KPIs.

The role requires a strong background in operations, growth, or business development within crypto or fintech, plus excellent analytics and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably in crypto, fintech, TradFi, or internet platforms.
• Strong understanding of crypto Earn products, TradFi products, DeFi ecosystems, and Lending/Borrowing mechanisms.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and user feedback to drive decisions and optimize performance.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and communications to drive user acquisition, engagement, and product growth for Earn products.
• Explore and develop collaboration opportunities with token partners to expand product offerings and ecosystem reach.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams, to ensure smooth product operations and effective campaign execution.
• Monitor daily Earn product performance and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to achieve assigned business KPIs and growth targets.
• Track, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and growth initiatives through data analysis, user insights, and feedback.
• Support the team in managing VIP and institutional clients, and help onboard more clients to Earn products.
• Develop a strong understanding of Simple Earn mechanisms, especially in the Flexible Simple Earn and Loan products.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Earn, DeFi products.

• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and user feedback to drive decisions and optimize performance.
• Strong sense of responsibility, KPI and result oriented.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and with external token project partners.
• Experience working with VIP or institutional clients is a plus.
