• Design engaging daily and weekly explorations based on MapleBear’s curriculum.
• Create fun, stimulating environments — indoors and outdoors — where children learn through play, inquiry, and hands-on experiences.

✨ Nurture & Safeguard Little Ones

• Ensure children are always safe, cared for, and guided with respect.
• Respond to first-aid needs when necessary and stay aware of every child's dietary or medical requirements.

✨ Build Strong Parent Partnerships

• Share heartwarming updates, learning milestones, and progress thoughtfully.
• Join parent-teacher meetings to support each child’s growth and development.

✨ Create a Joyful, Organised Learning Space

• Maintain a purposeful, tidy classroom that encourages independent exploration.
