Job summary

Oaks Plus Limited in Singapore is seeking a dedicated early years practitioner to promote our centre’s vision and foster strong relationships with families to support continuity of care and learning.

The role requires CIT/HCIC and ACEY with EY1/EY2 certification, professional conduct, and strong interpersonal and classroom management skills to collaborate with families, staff, and community partners to deliver engaging programmes.

Requirements

• Has Certificate in Infant and Toddler Care and Development (CIT)/ Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC); Advanced Certificate in Early Years(ACEY).
• Has registered with ECDA and attained the EY1/EY2 certification
• Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with good classroom and management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
• Able execute reflective practice and adopt responsive care-giving approaches
