Job summary

OAKS PLUS LIMITED in Singapore seeks dedicated early years professionals to promote the centre’s vision and values while fostering strong, ongoing relationships with families and communities. The role coordinates activities with families and stakeholders to deliver engaging programmes and services.

The ideal candidate will have CIT/HCIC or ACEY certifications, ECDA EY1/EY2, and strong classroom management with professional communication skills to support children’s development.

Qualifications

• Certificate/qualification in infant and toddler care as required.
• ACEY or higher qualification completed as stated.
• ECDA EY1/EY2 certification obtained and current.

• Foster relationships with families to support continuity of care and learning.
• Coordinate activities with families and community stakeholders.

• Develop outreach activities to promote Centre programmes and services.
• Evaluate family and community initiatives and programmes for improvements.
• Conduct Routine and Care-giving.

Requirements

• Has Certificate in Infant and Toddler Care and Development (CIT)/ Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC); Advanced Certificate in Early Years(ACEY).
• Has registered with ECDA and attained the EY1/EY2 certification
• Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with good classroom and management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
• Able execute reflective practice and adopt responsive care-giving approaches
