Job summary

THYE HUA KWAN MORAL CHARITIES LIMITED seeks a dedicated social worker to join the EIPIC THK DS-LS team. The role involves case management, family engagement, and coordinating holistic support for children with mild learning needs in preschools.

You will conduct parent meetings, prepare reports, collaborate with community agencies, and ensure documentation is accurate. Travel between centres may be required, and a recognised social work degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Social Work from a recognised institution.
• 1 to 3 years of experience working with families and children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct social work-parent meetings to share assessment outcomes and recommendations.
• Establish rapport with families and conduct holistic bio-psycho-social assessments.
• Coordinate care plans with internal and external partners and ensure up-to-date records.
• Prepare reports for governing agencies and collate information for means-test applications.
• Collaborate with community agencies to support integrated and strengths-based intervention planning.
