Job summary

Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities in Singapore oversees THK Development Support and Learning Support (THK DS-LS), delivering early intervention services to children and families.

You will conduct case management, hold social work-parents meetings, document case notes, and coordinate with community agencies to ensure holistic support and timely follow-up.

We are seeking a meticulous, adaptable team player with a Degree in Social Work and 1–3 years’ experience; travel between centres may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Social Work from a recognised institution.
• 1 to 3 years of experience working with families and children preferred.
• Travel between centres may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct social work-parents meetings to share assessment outcomes and recommendations.
• Facilitate parents' understanding of programme needs and child requirements.
• Establish rapport and conduct holistic bio-psycho-social assessments of child and family.
• Evaluate follow-up requirements and referrals to internal/external resources.
• Ensure reports and case recordings are up to date and accurate.
