NAVSAR ENGINEERING INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced E&I Commissioning & Operations Engineer for a combined cycle power project in Singapore.

The role focuses on energisation, commissioning, start-up, and ensuring operational readiness of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems. You will bridge construction and commercial operation, lead testing and fault-finding, and oversee handover activities while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet milestones and safety

Formación

• Degree or trade in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control or related field.
• 5+ years of verifiable experience in E&I commissioning and operations in power plants.

Responsabilidades

• Lead E&I testing and commissioning for turbines, switchgear, transformers, MCCs and field instrumentation.
• Perform loop checks, functional tests, calibration and verification of control systems (DCS/PLC) and SIS.
• Collaborate with EPC client engineers, OEMs, subcontractors and operations teams to resolve interfaces and ensure system integration.
• Provide expert operational support during start-up, performance testing and early operation phases.
• Prepare commissioning dossiers, punch lists and handover documentation to client operations teams.
• Ensure activities comply with project specs, safety regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Lead and execute comprehensive E&I testing and commissioning procedures for turbines, generators, switchgear, transformers, motor control centres, and associated field instrumentation.
• Perform loop checks, functional tests, calibration, and verification of control systems (DCS/PLC) and safety instrumented systems (SIS).
• Collaborate closely with EPC client engineers, OEM specialists, subcontractors, and operations teams to resolve technical interfaces, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless system integration.
• Provide expert operational support during initial plant start-up, performance testing, and early operational phases, identifying and resolving E&I-related anomalies.
• Prepare concise technical reports, commissioning dossiers, punch lists, and handover documentation to client operations teams.
• Ensure all commissioning and operational activities adhere strictly to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
