Job summary

Emway Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse fulfilment associate to support daily e-commerce order fulfilment, packing, dispatch, and stock control. You will pick, pack, label, and ship orders from Shopee, Lazada and other platforms, while maintaining a clean, accurate and well-organised warehouse workspace.

The role requires a minimum of secondary education, physical fitness for lifting and standing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during campaigns and peak

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education.
• Comfort with physical tasks and standing for long periods.
• Basic computer skills for printing labels and simple updates.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily online orders from platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and dispatch on time.
• Pack, label, and ensure packing accuracy to prevent wrong items or damages.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and stock control; assist loading/unloading.
• Process returns and failed deliveries; restock or segregate defective goods.
• Update fulfilment status and print airway bills and packing lists when required.
