Job summary

COURTS (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, storage, and order fulfilment. You will unload shipments, verify against purchase orders, store goods in designated locations, and report discrepancies.

You will pick, pack, label, and dispatch online orders, use scanners and the Warehouse Management System to track stock and orders, and coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely deliveries. Safety and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Proven experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift operation experience with a valid license is highly advantageous.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS.

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Identify and report discrepancies, shortages or damages.
• Store received goods in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, check and prepare orders for fulfilment and dispatch.
• Process online orders, label parcels and prepare for courier delivery.
• Use scanners and WMS to process and track inventory and order status.
• Release completed orders to 3PL and last-mile providers; coordinate collections.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform periodic checks.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow safety guidelines.
