The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive supermarket and online sales from Bedok. You will manage e-commerce platforms, maintain product data, run campaigns and coordinate with retailers and partners to expand market reach.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in business development or e-commerce, with hands-on Shopify/Shopee/Lazada experience and strong digital marketing skills to grow online revenue.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, e-commerce or related discipline.
• 1–3 years in business development, e-commerce, digital marketing or retail.
• Experience in FMCG/food products or modern trade is a plus.
• Hands-on with supermarket accounts and online platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada).
• Familiar with website management, social media and digital advertising.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Maintain website content, product information and online campaigns.
• Handle product listings, pricing, promotions and inventory updates.
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, engagement and marketplace metrics.
• Develop digital marketing strategies to boost brand and sales.
• Coordinate social media and digital campaigns with partners.
• Track campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
• Identify new business opportunities across retail channels and partnerships.
• Collaborate with retailers, distributors and marketplace partners.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis.
