Job summary

Total Swiss Biotechnology Pte Ltd is hiring an E-Commerce Packer to join a supportive operations team. You will pack orders, liaise with couriers, and manage stock, while performing daily inventory checks and updating the e-commerce system.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team, with basic MS Office skills and a willingness to handle goods and data entry. Regular daytime hours and staff benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Organised, careful and detail-oriented.
• Responsible and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with packing, carrying and handling goods.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Candidates with packing, warehouse, inventory or e-commerce experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Pack orders accurately for delivery and courier collection
• Coordinate with couriers to ensure orders are delivered on time
• Receive, issue and organise incoming/outgoing stocks
• Perform daily stock counts and inventory checks
• Update order and delivery statuses in the e-commerce system
• Prepare and maintain simple inventory reports
• Liaise with Operations and Accounts teams on orders and payments
• Handle basic data entry, filing and document printing
• Assist with loading, unloading, lifting and moving goods
• Perform other ad-hoc duties when required

Salary: $2,000 – $2,600/month
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Saturday, 9am – 1pm
