Job summary

PSLOVE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on operations support staff to handle ecommerce order fulfillment in-person at our Singapore location near Bishan/Marymount MRT.

The role runs for 6 months under a contract, with 5.5 workdays per week and public holidays observed or compensated as per policy. You will pack, process, and coordinate with couriers while supporting stock preparation for campaigns. Working hands-on in a fast-paced team, you will perform inventory checks, handle inbound/outbound

• Inventory handling and stock preparation

Responsibilities

• Pick & pack ecommerce orders into small parcels accurately.
• Process orders from ecommerce platforms and coordinate with couriers for pickup.
• Prepare stocks and accessories for ad-hoc marketing campaigns/events.
• Update inventory, perform tally and quality checks.
• Manage inbound and outbound of goods.
• Assist operations supervisor with other tasks as required.

Working Hours / Days:

• 5.5 days a week: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and half day on Saturday (8.30am - 12.30pm)
• Public holidays off or compensated as per company policy

Core responsibilities:

• Pick & pack ecommerce orders into small parcels in a fast and accurate way.
• Process orders from ecommerce platforms and liaise with couriers for pickup of orders.
• Prepare stocks and accessories for ad-hoc marketing campaigns / events.
• Inventory update, tally and quality checks.
• Manage inbound and outbound of goods.
• Other general assistance for the operations department as assigned by the supervisor
