Responsibilities

• Packing of stock for deliveries and courier service.
• Coordinate with courier to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with Operation and Account department on orders and payments.
• Perform daily stock counts and checks.
• Managing inventory control smoothly.

Job description

Salary:$2000- $2600

Location: Nearest Mrt:Macpherson

Working Days:5.5 Days Work Week

Working Hours:Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm

Job Description

• Packing of stock for deliveries and courier service
• Coordinate with courier to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with Operation and Account department on the order and payment
• Data entry, Filing and printing of documents
• Daily stock count and stock check to ensure accurate and sufficient inventory level.
• Receiving and issue of stock accurately
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports
• Inventory control. Stocks in/out
• Manage e-commerce system, create, update status
• Any other ad-hoc duties
