Job summary

HONG XIN DA PTE. LTD. is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to manage daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, NTUC Online, and other marketplaces. You will handle orders, customer service, and coordination with warehouses to ensure timely deliveries.

You will update listings, prices, promotions, and inventory while supporting campaigns and promotions. Strong Excel and ERP familiarity, plus good communication, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, NTUC Online, and other online marketplaces.
• Process and monitor online orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Update product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across all platforms.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse team.
• Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, promotions, and flash sales.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, refunds, exchanges, and order-related issues professionally.
• Monitor platform response rates and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Coordinate daily picking, packing, and order fulfilment with the warehouse team.
• Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched according to delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report stock discrepancies.
• Assist in stock-taking and inventory control activities when required.
• Arrange daily delivery schedules and assign deliveries to in-house drivers or third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely collection and delivery of orders.
• Track delivery status and resolve delivery issues or delays.
• Prepare delivery documents and maintain accurate shipping records.
• Liaise with courier companies and logistics partners regarding shipments and collections.
