Job summary
Gain City Best-Electric Pte Ltd is hiring an E-commerce Executive to drive daily online operations across platforms like Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop. You will manage product listings, pricing, content, and promotions while coordinating with Marketing, Operations and BD teams to boost online sales.
You’ll analyze performance data, prepare reports, and support campaign execution with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data.
- Proficient with Excel and sales reports.
- Familiarity with SEO and GA4.
- Experience with Magento, Lazada, Shopee or TikTok Shop preferred.
- Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across brand.com, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
- Maintain listings: pricing, images, specs, and promos across platforms.
- Optimize content for SEO and conversion.
- Monitor pricing, inventory and performance; coordinate with IT.
- Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare regular sales and category reports.
- Liaise with marketplace reps and vendors.
