Active Manpower Resources Pte Ltd is seeking an e-commerce operator to manage daily marketplace activities on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop from Singapore. The role requires maintaining listings, pricing, stock, promotions and vouchers, and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure smooth order flow.

You will handle customer inquiries, monitor orders and prepare sales reports, using Excel/Sheets and AI tools to identify trends and support online campaigns with the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop is preferred.
• Familiar with marketplace operations, promotions and customer service.
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills and ability to interpret sales data.
• Organised, responsive, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations of Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop accounts.
• Maintain product listings, pricing, stock information, promotions and vouchers.
• Handle customer enquiries, monitor orders and coordinate with the warehouse.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor product and marketplace performance.
• Use spreadsheets and AI tools to assist with reporting and identify sales trends.
