Nestlé Purina Petcare in Singapore is seeking an E-Commerce Marketplace and Retail Digital Media Manager to lead regional marketplace, social commerce, and retail digital media strategy across the AOA region; own Go-to-Market strategy and drive growth.

Collaborate with markets and partners to improve visibility, conversion, and market share; deliver measurable outcomes in awareness, shopper acquisition, sales performance, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, etc.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Experience building and managing online business across direct store and marketplaces.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into growth initiatives and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale regional marketplace and social commerce strategy for NPP AOA brands.
• Own Go-to-Market strategy and optimize retail media investments.
• Collaborate with markets and partners to deploy marketplace capabilities and drive growth.
• Develop a regional RDM measurement framework and learning agenda.
• Build dashboards to track performance and classify ePetshop prospects and partners.
