Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an E-commerce Manager to lead the strategy and execution for online sales across fashion/retail/FMCG.

You will own the end-to-end e-commerce roadmap, optimize product listings, and coordinate with marketing and merchandising to boost revenue and conversion rates. The role requires strong analytics, UI/UX and SEO/SEM expertise, with responsibility for performance metrics, technology adoption, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience building and executing end-to-end e-commerce strategy across fashion/retail/FMCG is essential.
• Proven ability to manage own company e-commerce site beyond marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, UI/UX, GA, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and revenue growth.
• Manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience, optimal website performance, and strong conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and cross-functional teams to optimize product listings, content, sales performance, and website functionality.
• Partner with the Marketing Team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and customer retention.
• Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and strategies to enhance e-commerce operations and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead and develop the e-commerce team, providing guidance, support, and performance direction.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and relevant e-commerce regulations.
