Job summary

TikTok is offering an E-Commerce Strategist Project Intern position (TikTok Shop) with a 2026 start. You will engage in hands-on projects spanning product experimentation, campaign planning, traffic strategy, and data analysis to drive growth.

As a curious learner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor campaign performance, and contribute insights that improve conversion, AOV, and retention. This internship requires full-time availability for at least 3 months.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled university student available to work full time.
• Strong attention to detail with high standards for accuracy and formatting.
• Highly motivated to learn about social commerce; proactive and enthusiastic.
• Strong analytical skills with solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to taking on new challenges.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support traffic strategy optimization, user growth experiments, and related data analysis.
• Work closely with stakeholders as a Campaign Executive to ensure smooth campaign execution, including promotion setup, creator sourcing, product delivery tracking, and cross-functional coordination
• Monitor real-time campaign/project performance and conduct post-campaign performance analysis
• Support to help Weekly Report Data Analysis
