Responsibilities

Process optimization and governance: standardize end-to-end workflows and onboarding.
Data analytics: track campaigns, build weekly reports and dashboards.
System configuration: drive setups for core operational modules and flows.
Cross-functional coordination: liaise with Creator Management, Category, and ops teams.
Event coordination: project-manage large offline events and marketing activations.
