• Support FMCG ad-hoc projects and campaigns.
• Assist the team in the process of acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants.
• Manage seller accounts, including seller education, problem solving, campaign status updates, and other operation-related tasks.
• Communicate with sellers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
• Assist sellers during the onboarding process, tasks included educating the sellers, problem troubleshooting, campaign status updates.
• Other admin-related work and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Actively enrolled university student; outstanding appreciation for accuracy of information and clean, perfect formatting; highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative; strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools; good communication skills.
• Preferred qualifications: Good data knowledge (Excel/SQL/Python); eager to learn, hard worker and motivated.
