Job summary

TikTok is seeking a project intern to contribute to the FMCG team’s growth on our platform. You will engage in short-term projects, learn on the job, and gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on supporting merchant acquisition, onboarding, education, and campaign activities.

You will gain hands-on experience with data tools, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration while helping sellers thrive within TikTok’s e-commerce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled university student.
• Attention to detail and formatting accuracy.
• Highly motivated to learn about social commerce.
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of MS Office & Google Workspace.
• Good communication skills.
• Good Data knowledge (Excel/SQL/Python).

Responsibilities

• Support FMCG Ad-hoc Project and Campaign.
• Assist the team in acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants.
• Manage sellers accounts, educate sellers, and handle campaign status updates.
• Communicate with sellers to ensure their needs are addressed.
• Assist onboarding, educate sellers, troubleshoot, and update campaigns.
• Perform other admin-related tasks and troubleshooting.
