Job summary

INDOGUNA (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a marketing-focused professional to sustain our e-commerce operations and Maxzi Live Platform activities. You will support UI enhancements, shopper experience, and order fulfilment while coordinating with partners and managing multiple projects.

Ideal candidates hold a marketing degree, know SEO and basic HTML, and possess strong written communication. The role requires independent work with team collaboration in a fast-paced online retail environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in marketing or related field is required.
• Knowledge of SEO and basic HTML.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
• Team player yet able to work autonomously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technology and infrastructure required to sustain e-commerce operations and Indoguna online platforms.
• Ensure seamless end-to-end integration of plugins and third-party software.
• Manage new and existing online supermarkets and online retail accounts.
• Handle all online inquiries related to e-commerce.
• Contribute to growth of Maxzi e-commerce by improving UI, shopping experience and order fulfilment flow.
• Collate information to generate data-driven commercial insights and coordinate with partners.
• Manage multiple projects effectively.
• Develop strategic communications planning for Maxzi O2O promotion and dissemination of marketing content.
• Coordinate events' e-advertising, roadshows and promotional programmes.
• Identify and develop relationships with bloggers and influencers.
• Media tracking and tabulation.
• Keep current with marketing trends, innovations and media regulations.
• Manage and monitor expenses, adhere to budgets.
• Liaise with internal and external departments and stakeholders.
• Co-host Live Streaming and develop show contents with relevant departments.
• Execute other ad-hoc duties as required by Management.
