Job summary

TOYOGO is seeking an e-commerce operations coordinator to manage online platforms and drive sales. You will coordinate orders, promotions, and customer engagement across Online Shop, Shopee and Lazada, ensuring accurate processing and timely shipments.

You will collaborate with warehouse, sales, marketing and logistics to optimize delivery and customer satisfaction, while handling inquiries and maintaining reporting for management decisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, website administration and sales.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer e-commerce platforms (Online Shop, Shopee, Lazada) for seamless sales operations.
• Process customer orders accurately to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Plan and manage promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with warehouse to ensure timely shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee order fulfilment via store pick-up or delivery as needed.
• Engage customers to build rapport and improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and logistics to resolve delivery queries.
• Identify customer needs and develop solutions for non-standard inquiries.
• Handle incoming calls and emails to provide timely support.
• Prepare operational reports and assist with financial reconciliations.
• Manage social media marketing to boost visibility and interaction.
