Job summary

Castle Rock Exim Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a reliable, organised and hands-on E-Commerce Fulfilment & Warehouse Executive to own daily order fulfilment and warehouse operations.

You will liaise between e-commerce orders, warehouse, courier partners and delivery teams to ensure accurate picking, packing and on-time dispatch. You will review orders, optimise fulfilment channels, supervise the warehouse team, and contribute to continuous process improvements while maintaining safe,

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce fulfilment or warehouse operations is required.
• Ability to coordinate a small warehouse team and keep operations on schedule.
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail are essential.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible for daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Review daily e-commerce orders and plan fulfilment and delivery channels.
• Coordinate courier partners, in-house delivery and marketplace logistics.
• Print labels, documents and dispatch paperwork; manage schedules.
• Monitor orders and follow up on delays or issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist with loading/unloading and stock checks to maintain accuracy.
• Support warehouse team and maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
• Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
