Job summary

Blood, a fast-growing consumer brand focused on innovative period care, is seeking an Operations Professional to run e-commerce fulfilment and warehouse operations. You will manage packing teams, stock transfers, and relationships with 3PLs while ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics.

The role blends desk work with hands-on floor time and requires strong Excel and ERP skills. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in e-commerce fulfilment or warehousing, are comfortable supervising part‑time

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in e-commerce fulfilment, warehousing or 3PL operations.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a small team, including part-time staff.
• Comfortable spending part of the week on a warehouse floor; hands-on role.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot, lookups) and ERP familiarity.
• Clear written English for coordinating with 3PLs, couriers and marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily picking and packing for e-commerce orders from the B2C warehouse.
• Manage stock transfers between B2B and B2C warehouses and to 3PL.
• Arrange courier pickups and last-mile deliveries.
• Maintain stock area and optimize warehouse layout to avoid backlog.
• Plan packer headcount and shifts to meet forecasted demand.
• Manage 3PL relations, billing checks, and service levels.
• Run monthly stock counts and handle returns, damages, and write-offs.
