Job summary

TEAMLINK MARKETING PTE LTD is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Executive to own the day‑to‑day online order fulfilment, working hands‑on with our warehouse operations team in Singapore West. You will manage end‑to‑end processes from order to doorstep in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, dispatch, inventory accuracy, stock allocation across channels, and liaison with 3PL and couriers.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in e-commerce operations
• Familiar with picking and packing processes in a warehouse
• Solid understanding of inventory management and stock allocation across channels
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel for tracking and reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fulfilment of e-commerce orders from processing to dispatch
• Work hands-on in a warehouse environment with the operations team
• Oversee inventory accuracy and stock allocation across channels
• Handle order issues, returns, exchanges and escalations with minimal supervision
• Liaise with 3PL and courier partners on shipments and delivery performance
• Identify and drive improvements to fulfilment workflows for speed and accuracy
