Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable e-commerce coordinator to process and manage online orders across WordPress and major marketplaces. The role focuses on inventory monitoring, order fulfilment, and prompt customer support across platforms.

You will liaise with logistics teams, update product SKUs, and assist with pricing and promotions to boost online sales. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, located in the East.

Qualifications

• Experience handling online orders across major e-commerce platforms.
• Familiar with inventory monitoring and stock control.
• Excellent communication for customer enquiries and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage online orders across WordPress, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Amazon, and other platforms.
• Monitor online inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and fulfilment issues.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, requests, orders, reviews, and ratings.
• Coordinate with logistics teams on packing and shipment fulfilment.
• Upload and maintain product SKUs and listings across platforms.
• Support pricing updates, promotions, and campaigns across platforms.
