TOP CASH PTE. LTD. is seeking an enthusiastic marketing and e-commerce assistant to support digital campaigns and product listings. You will help manage social media content, optimize online store listings, and assist with order processing and customer inquiries.

Ideal candidates hold a marketing-related degree, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and can work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment. Training in new tools and platforms will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid ads and online promotions.
• Create engaging social media content to increase brand awareness, engagement and sales.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Update product content, pricing and listings on Shopee/Lazada; coordinate promos.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Digital Marketing & Content Creation Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, paid advertisements, and online promotions. Create engaging social media content to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve marketing results.


• 2. E-Commerce & Online Store Management Update website content, product information, promotional banners, and product listings on online marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada. Coordinate online campaigns and promotional activities to increase store visibility and sales. Monitor inventory levels, track stock availability, and coordinate stock replenishment when necessary. Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and promotional information remain accurate and consistent across all sales channels.


• 3. Order Processing & Customer Service Process daily online orders, including picking and packing, preparing invoices, and coordinating deliveries and courier pickups. Respond to customer enquiries through live chat, WhatsApp, email, social media, and e-commerce platforms. Provide friendly, timely, and professional customer support. Monitor order fulfilment and assist in resolving delivery, order, and product-related issues.


• 4. Daily Operations & Administrative Support Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist with stocktaking, inventory checks, stock reconciliation, and related documentation. Provide administrative support for e-commerce activities and general business operations. Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.


• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
