Job summary

BASE CAMP DIGITAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to support and enhance a large enterprise CRM environment. You will manage deployments, investigate issues, and deliver technical improvements while collaborating closely with clients.

Ideal candidates are hands-on, analytical, and calm under pressure; you will develop plugins and integrations, write SQL queries, and maintain reports to support data-driven decisions in a contract role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong C#, .NET, and CRM SDK skills, including plug-ins, custom workflows, and deployment automation.
• Advanced SQL Server and T-SQL, plus SSIS and SSRS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and backlog management in Azure DevOps and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Investigate issues, determine root causes, and resolve them promptly, including on-site when needed.
• Build and maintain plug-ins, workflows, console applications, and integrations for Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, SSIS packages, and SSRS reports for data processing and reporting.
• Script, run, and oversee deployments using CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Work in Visual Studio and VS Code with GitHub Copilot to write better code, faster.
• Manage incidents, bugs, and service requests end to end in Azure DevOps boards.
