Job summary

Helius Technologies is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to act as a technical developer and administrator for the Dynamics 365 CRM platform. You will translate business specifications into scalable solutions, implement integrations, and maintain system documentation.

The role requires 3+ years of Dynamics CRM development and strong programming skills across C#, HTML/JavaScript, SQL Server, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing, implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, CRM 2016/2015.
• Strong programming skills using the Microsoft CRM SDK, PowerApps, PowerBI, Flow, SSIS, C#, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, ASP.NET, HTML and JavaScript
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and relational database concepts

Responsibilities

• Analyse process/specifications and translate to program codes following guidelines.
• Make changes to configurable items including hardware, software, documentation.
• Develop unit test packages and document test results.
• Assist in integration testing, system testing, UAT and implementation activities.
• Investigate reported problems and perform amendments and testing.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date system documentation.
• Analyse functional requirements to translate into design using established methodologies.
• Ensure codes comply with security guidelines.
• Collaborate with team lead to ensure design and codes meet standards.
• Participate in requirements gathering with Business Analysts.
• Participate in peer reviews to improve project quality.
