Job summary

ERP21 PTE LTD is seeking a CRM Developer to design, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 solutions. You will collaborate with business users and project teams to deliver robust CRM functionalities.

The role involves developing plugins, workflows, and integrations, while maintaining code quality and performance. Strong C# / .NET skills and CRM customization experience are essential. Singapore-based on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 development experience.
• Experience in CRM customization, configuration, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET development.
• Experience with REST or SOAP web services and APIs.
• Experience with source control tools such as Azure DevOps or TFS.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical CRM solutions.
• Build CRM plugins, workflows, custom modules, and integrations using CRM SDK, C#, and .NET.
• Create and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
• Configure CRM security roles, teams, and business processes; support CRM administration.
