Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on MS Dynamics 365 CRM / CE experience (or CRM 2016/2015).
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL Server, SSIS, PowerApps, PowerBI, and Power Automate (Flow).
• Solid understanding of relational databases, SDLC, code security, and effort estimation.

Responsibilities

• Develop & configure D365 CRM entities, workflows, plugins, web resources, solution management, and UI.
• Conduct unit testing, fix bugs during UAT/System testing, and build integrations using C#, Web Services, and SSIS.
• Investigate system issues, perform maintenance, and update technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to refine specs and adhere to architecture and security guidelines.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with years of experience to act as a core developer and administrator.
