Job summary

Opensource is seeking an experienced implementation specialist and technical developer in Singapore to lead Dynamics 365 solutions. You will gather requirements, design, code in C#/.NET, and deploy CRM modules while ensuring security roles and scalable architecture.

The role includes onsite support, training, and post-implementation assistance for government and private projects. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Dynamics 365 on premise and online, Power Platform, AWS/Azure, and SDLC

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6 years relevant working experience with Dynamics 365 on premise and Dynamics 365 Online.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience with Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Portal.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient in C#, with strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Experienced in Webservices development (SOAP or REST).
• Proficient in setting up and configuring Microsoft IIS.
• Proficient with version control tools such as TFS.
• Willing to work on implementation and maintenance projects.
• Willing to work on Government and Private projects.
• Able to work in both SDLC Waterfall and Agile projects.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for requirements gathering and preparing functional and technical specifications.
• Present requirements to management for review and implement changes as required.
• Provide onsite support and architectural guidance to the team.
• Architect and develop custom CRM solutions using CRM SDK, C#, and .Net.
• Ensure CRM security roles and team setups are correctly configured.
• Test configurations against final requirements and deploy modules.
• Prepare training itineraries and materials and deliver end-user training.
• Manage go-live activities and post-implementation support.
• Participate in requirements sessions to validate business cases and build prototypes as needed.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
