Job summary

OPENSOURCE TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced implementation specialist and technical developer to design, build, and deploy CRM solutions using Dynamics 365, C#, and .Net.

You will gather requirements, create specs, and work with management and clients to ensure successful deployments. You will architect CRM solutions, configure modules, and lead end-user training while providing ongoing support post-go-live.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 on premise and Dynamics 365 Online.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Portal.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient in C#, with strong object-oriented programming.
• Experience in Webservice development (SOAP/REST).
• Proficient in setting up IIS and versioning tools like TFS.
• Willing to work on implementation and maintenance projects for government and private sectors.
• Ability to work in both SDLC Waterfall and Agile projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, prepare functional and technical specs, and present to management.
• Provide onsite support and develop CRM solutions using CRM SDK, C#, and .Net.
• Architect and develop custom CRM solutions and ensure performance and quality.
• Configure modules, test deployments, and deliver end-user training.
• Manage customer relationships and SLA-based service delivery.
• Develop prototypes, build reusable code, and troubleshoot CRM servers.
• Provide go-live and post-implementation support.
