Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, or project accounting processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured functional documentation.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, or related systems (e.g., Power Platform, ServiceNow, CRM).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders and translate needs into functional specifications.
• Configure Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, Fixed Assets, etc.) based on business requirements.
• Design and document business processes, data flows, mapping tables, and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support extensions, integrations, and customizations.
• Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support UAT activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide post go live support.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices, standard functionality, and process optimization.
• Participate in project planning, timeline estimation, and status reporting.
