Job summary

ILLUM (9) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant who can translate business needs into practical Microsoft solutions and guide customers through implementation.

You will lead requirement workshops, map processes to Business Central, configure solutions, support data migration, UAT and go-live, and collaborate with clients, developers and project teams to deliver value. Experience with Power Platform or Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Dynamics 365/ERP or CRM applications.
• Strong understanding of finance, sales, purchasing, inventory or operations.
• Analytical mindset with solid documentation and client-facing skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into workable solutions.
• Experience managing multiple projects across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering and process-discovery workshops.
• Map business processes to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Configure solutions and identify gaps needing customization or integration.
• Prepare functional specs, process flows and test scripts.
• Support data migration, UAT, user training and go-live.
• Collaborate with customers, developers and project teams.
• Advise on process improvements and AI use cases.
