Qualifications

• 4–7+ years hands-on Business Central/NAV functional experience.
• Production/Application Support or AMS environment.
• Functional troubleshooting, incident management and RCA.
• SLA-driven ticket resolution.
• Finance–mandatory: GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Cash Management.
• Inventory, costing, and SCM processes.
• Experience supporting customers across Singapore, Malaysia, Greater China or APAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide finance and supply chain functional support for Dynamics 365 BC/NAV.
• Triage incidents, perform RCA, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Guide customers with user training and best practices.
• Coordinate with AMS/production support and managed services as needed.
