Job summary

Fuku is seeking an Assistant Sales Coordinator to join the growing marketing team. The role focuses on accurate data entry, timely processing of sales orders, and preparing quotations for customers.

The candidate will liaise with operations and customers through the order-to-delivery cycle, supporting the sales team to meet objectives. Fresh diploma holders and those with 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• GCE N/O levels or NITEC, or fresh diploma holders may be considered.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Good communication and positive work attitude required.
• Fresh diploma holders can be considered for entry.
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and ensure accurate, timely processing of sales orders.
• Assist in sales enquiries and provide accurate quotations as directed.
• Liaise with operations from order confirmation to delivery readiness.
• Coordinate delivery requirements with customers.
• Support the sales team in achieving department targets.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
