Job summary

JE Human Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive new business in the events and environmental sectors. You will identify leads, present solutions, tailor proposals, and close deals while maintaining CRM records.

You will engage clients to understand needs, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, and provide top-notch service to existing clients. Immediate start preferred; candidates with strong communication and closing skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in events or environmental industries
• ITE graduates or GCE O-Level or equivalent welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client rapport
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Familiarity with sales processes, CRM, and proposal writing
• Driven, self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently or in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads
• Conduct effective sales demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
• Engage with clients to understand their needs
• Prepare and deliver competitive proposals and quotations
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and progress
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients
