HPC Builders Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 years in building construction to support tender submissions, cost evaluation, and project accounting. You will handle site measurements, contractor progress payments, and contract variations, while coordinating with suppliers and sub-contractors.

The role requires proficiency in MS Office and Mandarin to handle queries from associates, clients, and customers, especially in a high-pressure environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years working experience in building construction.
• Knowledge of building condition of contract.
• Willing to learn and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Take off quantities, source sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
• Carry out site measurement
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors progress payments
• Other quantity surveying related duties
